The entire team at Stonewood went out of their way from the day my daughter and daughter-in-law presented this property as their selected venue for their wedding celebration to my husband and me. Ideas were supported and suggestions were offered when requested. Our brides did all of the planning so my perspective comes from a different angle as a participant; however the evening was carefree and there was not a single detail that was overlooked. At the end of the evening, both Serena and Billy Jo were both present for final wrap up of the evening and to ensure all parties were pleased with the event. The collaboration was fabulous! We had our wedding here and it was absolutely perfect. Billi Jo, Serena and the other staff did an amazing job. Billi Jo provided impeccable customer service throughout the entire process - from food tasting, to giving suggestions, communicating about layouts, and helping us figure out our timeline of events - she was exceptionally helpful. We were told numerous times by guests that this was the most beautiful wedding they’d ever been to. As for the food, OMG it was delicious. It was the best chicken I’ve ever had. We did family style and it was perfect - everyone got to eat something they liked and people were actually full after eating. The bridal & groom suites were a great addition to have. We got married and had our reception at Stonewood Event Center. Everything was exactly what we wanted. Billi Jo was great to work with, responded quickly, as was very accommodating to make what we had in mind happen. The food was delicious and everything was absolutely beautiful. Absolutely thrilled with our experience at the Stonewood Venue! Every detail was take care of and Billi Jo and Serena are AWESOME!
